K3 – Never Give Up is another original character from the wonderfully warped imagination of Richard the Artist, continuing the darkly comic horror range with a scarecrow who simply refuses to stay dead.

Lashed to a huge weather-beaten timber cross, this skeletal field guardian is still very much awake. Beneath the battered top hat sits a wonderfully grotesque skull, complete with a manic grin and hollow eyes, while straw bursts through the remains of his tattered coat, waistcoat and clothing.

From the individually sculpted strands of straw and heavy rope bindings to the cracked timber, torn fabric and battered old hat, K3 is packed with texture and designed to be a fantastic painting project at both small and large scales.

And perched above him is his unlikely little companion — a cheeky field mouse, apparently helping himself to the scarecrow's straw while his host isn't in much of a position to complain!

Macabre, humorous and full of character, Never Give Up works as a complete standalone display or alongside K1 and K2 as part of Richard's growing collection of wonderfully twisted original characters.
